1st Segment: INTRODUCTION

Q1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on CheersLand?

ANS: Hey guys I’m Janna,the Head of growth at CheersLand. Before entering into crypto area, I worked in JD.COM (NASDAQ: JD) as the user experience designer for 2 years and worked as a project manager at NetEase Games (NASDAQ: NETS) for over 1 year.Also I personally invested in some crypto assets in the market since 2018 and I’m fanatic about crypto.

CheersLand is being developed by a professional team with extensive experiences across blockchain, DeFi and gaming. We have 10 members, and 7 of us are developers so we're good at building stuff

Q2: Can you introduce CheersLand, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?

CheersLand is a scalable GameFi universe where anyone can monetize their gaming experiences and social networks. CheersLand runs the Game-as-a-Service model, dual-driven in Play to Earn and Build to Earn, with the product portfolio of Gamified Launchpad, Multi-game Universe, Multi-asset Staking Platform and NFT Market, and powered developing new users by the invitation mechanism, which builds a unique and diversified GameFi ecosystem.

The edge we have over the competition can be summarized as follows:
1. The reason why we choose Classic Games instead of 3A games as the prioritized type of games for launch, is that Classic Games have a broad user base at any age around the world, and allow players to play the game at any time and anywhere with no barriers to participation, which also avoids competition in the Red Sea market. Besides, we'd like to use the GameFi business model to power Classic Games and pay tribute to the classics. All games based on CheersLand will adopt similar business models and gameplay without payment. Also we’ll release 3A games after our TGE to make CheersLand more popular.
2. CheersLand is dual-driven in Play to Earn mode and Build to Earn mode, with the product portfolio of Gamified Launchpad, Multi-game Universe, Multi-asset Staking Platform and NFT Market, and powered developing new users by the invitation mechanism, which builds a unique and diversified GameFi ecosystem.

Q3: Can you briefly describe the top milestones you have achieved and your target milestones with timelines, also share your roadmap?

ANS: Yeah so far CheersLand has implemented its MVP on Binance Smart Chain and verified its business model.

The first classic game, Crypto Pirates, deployed on BSC and the feasibility of its business model has been verified while still in early access. Within 15 days of its launch, the game had accumulated more than 2000 players now.

- Future development:

CheersLand will support other blockchain environments in the future. CheersLand just entered into Binance Most Valuable Builder III Program, and just got listed in Accepted Grant Applications of Web3 Grant Program and Dfinity Foundation. We will implement the games and staking platform of CheersLand on Polkadot and Internet Computer then and start to develop the module.

Q5: Finally on the introduction segment, Can you give an overview of the Tokenomics, and Utility of $CHEERS tokens?

ANS: CHEERS is the native utility token of CheersLand GameFi Universe.
CHEERS is the glue that binds all ecosystem and community members of CheersLand together, which acts as the incentive and ticket for supporting the ecosystem. CHEERS holders will be able to claim rewards if they stake their tokens, play the game, build the game, and participate in Initial Gaming Offering (IGO) and key governance votes.

The use cases of CHEERS are as follows:
Staking
CHEERS stakers, as an identity in the CheersLand ecosystem, will earn CHEERS rewards and farm multi-assets on CheersLand.
Governance
By governance voting, CHEERS holders will have an influence on the crucial aspects of CheersLand development such as staking yield, projects listing on IGO, games onboard, buyback & burn percentage etc..
Incentive
CHEERS will act as the main incentive for gamers participating in Weekly Tournaments and Ranking List, as well as builders participating in the development of games based on CheersLand.
Ticket
CHEERS will be used to determine eligibility for participation in Initial Gaming Offering (IGO) or certain sales/auctions conducted by the CheerLand team.
Payment

We'll launch on Polkadot within 8-10 weeks coz we're listed in web3 grant.

Q4: NFTs are really trending within the crypto space so it's a great opportunity for CheersLand. Please tell us, how will you include the NFTs in your project? What will be the role of your NFTs within CheersLand?

ANS: According to the roadmap of CheersLand, NFT Market Beta for trading will be launched in Q4 of 2021, after the launch of the second Classic Mini Game.
Game builders are the creators of NFTs in early access, and they are also the builders of the Multi-game Universe.
CheersLand will provide NFT Mint tools for game builders to tokenize the game items used in the ecosystem and list them on the NFT Market for trading.
NFT assets in CheersLand include Pass Card, VIP Seat, LP Miner and other in-game items, some of which can be staked to farm in Multi-asset Staking Platform. Also they will be taken to Weekly Tournaments as optional rewards.
As the NFT Market grows, some gamers on Ranking List will be allowed to mint and list NFTs for trading as the creators under the standards of CheersLand.

Q5: I know about the concept of Play To Earn. But Cheersland has introduced something new Build To Earn concept. Can you explain more about this?

ANS: As we know, CheersLand is structured as an open-ended and expandable GameFi platform. Crypto Pirates launched on CheersLand has proven the feasibility of the business model now. So a large number of excellent game works will be accepted and launched on CheersLand to build the CheersLand ecosystem based on the successful model.
The Build to Earn mode is a kind of incentive mechanism designed for game artists, dev teams and companies, and we collectively refer to them as game builders here. The principles are as follows:
