There is no doubt that there will be a place for #NFT in the hottest sector of the blockchain field of 2021. In February of this year alone, the total amount of NFT transactions reached 340 million U.S. dollars, exceeding the full-year transaction value in 2020. Especially in August, the transaction volume within a week exceeded US$300 million for the first time, an increase of more than 70% compared to the transaction volume of mid-July. It can be seen that many technology companies in traditional fields have also begun to make #NFT relevant plans, including Alibaba and Tencent.

During the second half of 2020, the concept of NFT became famous.

Regarding the flaws, firstly, we have to say, if we are discussing a model without considering demand, we are talking about strategy on a paper.

Objectively speaking, it must take a certain amount of time to match demand with the market, while #CryptoShow's existence makes the time as short as possible and infinitely close to zero. Why? Because it can be seen that almost all high-value assets in the NFT market generally have inferior liquidity. And many other problems exist. At present, the situation is highly unfavorable to sellers, platforms, and even buyers. It is very inconvenient for both buyers and sellers.

At the same time, people who sell #NFTs are also "uncomfortable" because the value assets only exist when the auction began. It is hardly impossible for ordinary retail investors to participate.

Q4: When Invitation to Privatization are processed for NFTs corresponding to the NDRs, what are the conditions that must be met for Privatization to be validated? On the contrary, what are the conditions for which Privatization will not be validated?

ANS: The necessity of privatization invitation lies in combining the NFT of scattered NDRs to complete the ownership and income rights again to avoid the head Dealer from subjectively and maliciously destroying the market mechanism by holding most NDRs.
