1st Segment: INTRODUCTION
Q1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the Team working on the DELTA EXCHANGE Project?
ANS: We are Delta Exchange. We are a derivatives exchange.
We offer:
1) Perpetual swaps on Bitcoin and 65 other coins. Customers can trade them with upto 100x leverage
2) We offer options on BTC, ETH and other altcoins such as BCH, LTC, XRP, LINK, BNB etc.
we are the only exchange to offer options on Altcoins
Our team:
We are 3 cofounders.
We come from experience of working in Finance with big investment banks such as UBS, Citibank, GIC etc. and from tech background.
Q2: Can you introduce the DELTA EXCHANGE Project, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitve advantage?
ANS: We focus only on derivatives and that is why our derivatives offering is one of the most advanced in the market
We have introduced a bunch of new innovative products in the crypto derivatives space
for example:
1) We were the first to start offering perpetual swaps on smaller coins such as BNB (opened perps in dec-2018), NEO, LEO, RVN, KNC, AAve and a bunch of other names
2) We are also the first and only exchange to offer options on these altcoins
3) We introduced stablecoin settled derivatives in cryptos way back Jan-2019
4) We launched interest rate swaps for people to swap their variable interest cost with fixed interest cost

2nd Segment: LIVE Questions
Q1: Security is very important for trading platforms or exchanges, How about the Delta Exchange platform security system? What types of security technology systems does Delta Exchange use to protect user assets?

ANS: We take security and safety of user funds very seriously.
We keep funds with best custodians : BitGo, Curv.
All withdrawals are checked and cleared manually only after a review
We don't store any private keys on internet
Even with custodians funds are in multisig wallets.
Q2: Can you please talk more on Minimum Support Price (MSP)? How profitable is it for users?

ANS: MSP is applied when users use DETO to pay fee on our platform.
users can pay a part of their fee in DETO (25%). When we accept DETO as fee we accept it at a price which is higher of market price or MSP ($0.10)
Minimum Support Price (MSP): Delta will accept DETO for >= $0.10 as trading fees. So even if price is less than $0.1 we will accept it at $0.1, when we are accepting it as fee.
Q3: How efficient and effective has Robo Trading been since its launch? How much percentage profit do you foresee that it can give a subscribed user? Also, can you share with us the various Robo Trading subscription plans?

ANS: Since the launch the strategies have done pretty well. This is largely because most of the strategies are momentum chasing and market has been in a strong momentum.
