✨✨QUESTION1🩸: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on DROPP?
👉ANS: Hi Everyone, I'm Samson, the BD lead from DROPP, mainly involved in partnership and business collaborations.
While our core team is mainly located in LA,
the dev team is in Euro right now
some of our marketing functions is in Singapore
While I'm in HK right now~
So basically we have different functional teams for different functions, dev-> coding and production development
marketing and BD team is for sure marketing as well and business development
while we have a social team for handling the social media and stuff
DROPP is the first go to metaverse GEO NFT minting platform. Creating the bridge between the traditional world w/ NFT. Dropp incorporates Augmented reality overlays and exclusive nft collaborations to shift online traffic to physically offline locations(O2O) creating crowds of individuals for minting events.
Back in the early days just approximately 9 months ago where the team was young.
We know that we are on a mission to build something we love as well as something everyone would love!
I guess everyone is familiar with AirDrop and everyone just loves them. We wanted a name to communicate that piece of information.
From what we’ve built, we hold that name well and is continue to be loved by the NFT / metaverse community.
✨✨QUESTION2🩸: Can you introduce DROPP, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?
👉ANS: Back in the early days, the idea was started from building a bridge between the physical world and the world of crypto and NFT
Number 1 idea is to link NFT with physical world location so that this gives NFT another layer of value
We had made our idea easy to understand with the analogy of Grabbing Pokemon in Pokemon Go now grab NFT from DROPP
Soon, the metaverse started to get a lot of attention.
People began to talk about life in the metaverse just like the 1999 movie “The Matrix” Keanu Reeves, Neo all live a life inside the Matrix.
We started to discuss more and more, and on the contrary, we couldn’t just rely on that idea. -> We are all Mortal Human, we all have family, we love our families and depend on the community, we live in a society that we all interact in.
We quickly realized that the future in front of us that we should embrace is something far more approachable.
Instead of building a metaverse that separates us from the physical world, we should connect the metaverse with the physical world.
Leveraging what we had, we link the metaverse with the physical world and vice versa, we mimic our metaverse with physical locations, places, landmarks, familiar buildings and objects, you will realize we are deeply connected to the day-to-day activities.
You could quickly imagine that we I use the word-> “bridging” it essentially means the vision is having a “way-in” and “way-out” of the metaverse
Other projects like sandbox and decentralland are great successes and sometimes people ask “what’s in the metaverse for me?” and if you think deeply, it is a very difficult question, as that doesn’t address human survival needs nor social values.
While for us, apart from metaverse experience, we gather people to physical spots so that they can actually meet and interact with.
In the upcoming future, we do have AI technology that when you are in a certain spot, your avatar will spawn in the metaverse, and the avatar will mimic your actual body pose and do exactly what you are doing very much like a VR experience without the glass.
For example you have a Starbucks in the metaverse, and when there are customers walking and wandering around the house, the avatar pops up immediately.

👉ANS: Let me talk more about our metaverse, right now there are more chances to earn in our meta verse!
When we say we are bridging physical world and metaverse, we also mimic certain of the physical world aspect like land ownership
As a landowner if there are DROPP happening in your land, you will be granted income as fees from these events
Also landowner would be granted capacity to stake native tokens to generate revenue as well.
Land owners also have ealy NFT minting specific regions
Also there would be lucky land owners getting free airdrops
In extension of a "play-to-earn" model
we are working on a "work-to-earn" model
When you have request like creating a building, you might want to hire an architect to help you out, in metaverse, the same also applies, you can find builder to help you and you can reward them with tokens

👉ANS: Actually, you might be a little bit confused with what we mean.
YES our NFT can be geo-limited or not geo-limited
it could even be locked to area of minting -> that means you must be in some location in order to mint (or purchase) the NFT
total amount of NFT is limited to the total number of in that collection as well
so it actually means that it is rarer than regular NFT.

So when you connect your wallet to our platform
We can scan the NFT you have, and system will be able to verify if you are a land owner.
So then as verfied owners you will have special benefit!
long term wise, only verified owners will gain access to feature
