The GamifyClub PROJECT team was represented by @NgDavid1 who judiciously shared with us detailed knowledge and information about GamifyClub PROJECT.

1st Segment: INTRODUCTION

Q1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on GamifyClub?

ANS: Hello everyone, I’m David and I’m a co-founder of GamifyClub alongside my co-founder Harry. We run a software development company and we have already been building some of the base of the products. In particular, we have a friend who manages a number of scholars for his own guild and approached us to help with the development.

Q2: How big is the GamifyClub team?

ANS: We have 7 people full time on the development side alongside a few contractors, and then myself and my co-founder and a number of business development contractors. We are beefing up the team so if you are interested in joining, please reach out!

Q3: Can you introduce GamifyClub, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?

ANS: We are building the all-in-one hub for the Solana Metaverse. What this means is that we are building an ecosystem of products servicing the growing GameFi ecosystem - including a Metaverse Marketplace, Guild Management System and Game Launchpad.

There are quite a few competitors popping up in the GameFi space as the sector is quite hot at the moment. They typically are focused on one part of the ecosystem for example just being a launchpad or just a marketplace. We decided to build an ecosystem of products, as by focusing on solving the needs of all the different stakeholders, we are able to create a network bringing together players, guilds, game developers & investors, in one place!

Q4: Can you briefly describe the top milestones you have achieved and your target milestones with timelines, also share your roadmap?

ANS: Development of the launchpad is in it’s final stages and we are currently undergoing testing, with this releasing within the last 2 weeks of November. We've also finished up with our public sale whitelist process and will have the results out tomorrow so look out for a GMFC token and GamifyClub Launchpad launch very soon!

In addition, we are already hard at work building out the guild management tools next. The launchpad makes sense as we want to support the growth of great games in the market. The guild management makes sense as we have already begun development on this as we have already built something similar for an existing client. Development is going great, and we’re excited to be able to take it to the next level after finishing our launch.

Q5: Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIPS so far?

ANS: We are lucky to have a strong list of backers on board including: Dutch Crypto Investors, Oracles Investment Group, CryptoAvengers, Legion Ventures, Fairum Ventures, FishDAO, ARKN Ventures, Vespertine Capital, Big Brain Holdings, CryptoKudasaiJP and many others. In terms of other partners, we have a number of media partners on board including Solana Army, and a number of GameFi partners such as Kollect Cards which we are partnering with on the NFT marketplace side, and Synapse Network on the launchpad side!

Q6: Can you give an overview of the Tokenomics and Utility of $GMFC tokens?

ANS: There will be a total of 20m tokens minted, however the supply will slowly build up from a small amount. At launch we will have initial circulating supply of just 800k $GMFC with a market capitaliation of $477k. All categories of tokens will have vesting attached to ensure the supply will build smoothly before we launch our core products. We’ve also allocated a large number of tokens for community incentives to help drive hype!

In terms of utility, GMFC users who stake their tokens will receive a portion of the fees generated from all parts of the platform.

Our ecosystem will need a critical mass of users in order for us to create value in the token. The number one focus will be to drive as many users possible to ensure that we lock in the network effect. What this means is that the more users we have, it has an even bigger proportional impact on the value of the entire platform. This is because token holders of $GMFC will get a share of fees that are spent across all parts of the platform. If you’re just a player who holds a bit of $GMFC, you will benefit from the launchpad fees paid by game projects as well as from serious Metaverse NFT traders on the marketplace or the fees paid by guilds.

2nd Segment: LIVE Questions

Q1: A proper way a project can survive is through revenue, can you tell us how $Gamify club generate it revenue for sustainability of the project?
Does the team has a revenue model and channel?

https://twitter.com/phyljosh/status/1460918568749613063?t=iKlUV1VBCVgqxJj5-pqyJQ&s=19

ANS: Being able to generate revenue is very important to us as we intend on running a protocol that doesn’t rely on selling tokens to survive. Fees will be charged for the services offered in the platforms:

Metaverse Marketplace - Transaction fees
Launchpad - Raise fees
Guild Management - Guildmaster fees

GMFC users who stake their tokens will receive a portion of the fees generated from all parts of the platform.

Q2: In the Midst of a very Crowded launchpad in the Market, was it necessary for GameFy club to develop its own Launchpad ? What advantages does this offer to gamers/developers and the gaming world ?

Is the Guild management tool on #GameFyClub similar to the one used on Salesforce. Can user track their sales pipeline from the Spreadsheet ? Would you agree with me that successful deployment of the guide manager will help to save time by helping users to check their scholar, manage payment and get new guide members

https://twitter.com/Ibrahim42023815/status/1460945525855821827?s=20

ANS: This is an interesting question. From our perspective it makes perfect sense to have our own launchpad. For the users, it gives another reason to be engaged in the ecosystem, and get a piece of the hottest games hitting the market, which will then incentivise others to build guilds for that game as well as list their items. Game projects will similarly get immediate exposure to our guild and marketplace as well as our user base.

For the larger ecosystem, the benefits are that we aim to become the trusted, first point of contact for anyone engaging with the Solana GameFi ecosystem. To do this, we will focus on bringing to market only the best games with great tokenomics as well as gameplay experiences.

Q3: The Gaming sector seems to be booming now and it is now becoming more competitive. This means that every new incoming gaming platform should be able to raise their standards to attract more users. What new features will Gamify Club be bringing into the gaming sector and what are the competitive advantages of Gamify Club?

https://twitter.com/KurangaHA/status/1460749924228861960?s=19

ANS: 1. Our competitors are often specialising in only one product. We want to create a single place where users can go for all their GameFi needs. This will create the network effect as more users mean more value in the platform which in turn attracts more users.
2. We aren't seeing a lot of guilds right now focusing on Solana. This is a key feature which we are hoping to really focus on making huge.
3. Our GMFC token will let you receive a share of fees from ALL parts of the platform regardless of which you actually use. This means there will be a positive value loop for the GMFC token which will see it grow very strong.

Q4: A gaming platform should be user friendly and also be able to attract beginners/non-crypto users. How user friendly will Gamify Club be and what are the plans in place to enlighten non-crypto gamers about the knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology?

https://twitter.com/KezmaKezma1/status/1460929118674079744?t=wfW_kbwnuX9vK-Yj6AItIA&s=19

ANS: In terms of getting non-crypto gamers with zero blockchain knowledge, yes and this is where all the interest in play-to-earn games has been coming from. In the Philippines or Indonesia, newer Axie players are likely doing so because it pays so lucratively (compared with local jobs) and have zero in-depth knowledge of crypto. Because of this we understand that out platform needs to be as user friendly as possible, and built with the common internet user in mind.

The launchpad in particular however, is initially more focused on crypto natives, so will initially be quite similar to existing launchpads on the market. As we expand and build on it, we are hoping to bring some real innovation over time.

Q5: You're obviously combining a lot of features in one platform which is nice but at the same time quite complex, I wish to know how you intend to keep investors and users indulged in this platform?

https://twitter.com/HustleBustle18/status/1460934873443622912?t=j2J035g483H6aLR1OjD8Pg&s=19

ANS: So we do see some benefit out of focusing on just one narrow product and making the best product in that space possible - which is what a lot of projects focus on. The intention behind GamifyClub however is to leverage the network effect, bringing players, crypto investors, game projects and guilds all together in the one place. By doing so, we expect that the value from the ecosystem will be greater, than if you used a single product.

This is very much true when considering that we only need to acquire each user once. This means that we have a lower cost of acquisition than others in terms of marketing, and this in turn with the token, will mean that users are locked into our ecosystem and which will fuel demand for the token.
