1st Segment: INTRODUCTION
✨✨QUESTION1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on Ikonic?
ANS: Of course. My name is Sebastian, I’m the CEO of IKONIC. I have over 14 years experience in Banking, Financial Markets, Crypto and Blockchain. Over 2 years as CEO for a SEAsian Crypto exchange, 2 years CEO for a Blockchain Enterprise Solution provider, one of the initiators of an NFT native platforms launched in early 2019 and for the past 7 months with IKONIC. Gamer for the past 30 years on multiple consoles (Super NES, Sega Mega Drive, PC, Nintendo Wii, Playstation, Mobile) and a ferm believer that NFTs will change our world the way we know it.
Our multicultural team comprise of experts in Technology, Product, Marketing, Project Management, Crypto, Blockchain, VC and Esports, located on 3 continents. The perfect mix for success, I would say.
✨✨QUESTION2: Can you introduce Ikonic, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?
ANS: IKONIC is the first dedicated NFT Marketplace for esports. Collectibles are a 100+ years old concept, but very new for esports and it makes more sense in a video format, rather than static. If is to compare with the traditional sports where the focus is on an individual athlete or team, in esports the focus is on the moments. Collectibles for esports that create additional perpetual revenue stream through royalties system embedded in the Smart Contract, create real value for outstanding gaming moments.
In a nutshell, reward esports players and gamers skills, help to create a legacy of IKONIC moments, interaction between creators and fans/collectors, to name just the core of the added value of what we are creating at IKONIC.
✨✨QUESTION3: Any plans for expansion? What can you tell us about what’s to come in 2022 for Ikonic?
ANS: With IKONIC, the expansion will be a continuous mission. What I can disclose at this moment is that the immediate plans are to finalize testing the platform, our marketing plans and officially launch IKONIC platform and $IKONIC token. The next steps are already in progress and all the details will be revealed at the right time. But what I can tell you is the IKONIC is more than just an NFT platform and marketplace. IKONIC is going to be a gamified community platform.

Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIPS and BACKERS so far?
ANS: Yes, of course. IKONIC, as any other project, cannot become successful without its community and Partners. And talking about Partnerships, we have more than 25 partnerships closed so far, along with exciting ongoing discussions with various esports teams which will be announced soon. Master Ventures is the biggest partner and incubator in the same time. In the same time we have partnerships with a few other projects newly launched or soon to be launched that will create direct value for IKONIC, which are already announced on our Twitter and Telegram groups. Key opinion leaders including worldwide and regional influencers, VCs are the spearhead of our partnerships and will start to showcase more of what IKONIC prepared for our community and future members, investors, gamers and collectors.

Can you give an overview of the Tokenomics and Utility of $IKONIC tokens?
ANS: This, I would say, it's important from an investor and an user perspective. The economy behind $IKONIC has as primary objective to create added value on a long run for the platform and, subsequently, for the token. I would say that IKONIC is not the platform for speculators. We are looking for long term partners/investors. The vesting terms are supporting the aforementioned statements. $IKONIC token utility will increase exponentially, having as initial targets the following:
- Staking rewards
- Discounts/bonuses
- Creator Pools
- Bonus APY from generated sales on IKONIC Platform
Along with future developments related to our platform, there will be more utilities for $IKONIC token.
We are planning to release more news and utility for our token, once the development of our internal projects are finalised. We owe it to ourselves and to our investors/users to make sure we provide continuous added value with proper products in place.

✨✨QUESTION1: Looking at the entire project, one can find out that the project will not be complete without that huge audience and community needed to push out what the project has to offer!! So what are the steps take to gather the required community needed? Also what are the security protocols put in place so users to sell copyrights violated or stolen NFTS on the platform?

ANS: This is a very good point and question. We have marketing plans in place to increase our community size and engagement substantially, as, you well pointed out, it is not possible without a big support. Campaigns will be more often, games with token rewards, multiple partnerships that I just mentioned will create additional hype and interest in their communities/fanbase, regional competitions, etc. As for the security protocols, that is something that we always looked at when we started to plan this project. Twitch/other handles for NFT creators, add a KYC 3rd party in place in the future for a specific threshold of NFTs/value are just a few actions that will take place. We will implement a reward program for users who will flag inappropriate/stolen content and will lead to ban the creators if proven right. Thank you.

ANS: IKONIC is for esports players and gamers, traditional and blockchain games. I think I need to clarify the fact that IKONIC is more than an NFT Marketplace, is a esports/gaming collectibles platform. NFTs is the vehicle, but the value resides in the moments captured. Quality over quantity.

ANS: We will release simultaneously on 3 chains: Ethereum, BSC and Polygon. I think it depends on what platform the creators will choose, but on the Layer-2 platforms like BSC or Polygon, the gas fees are insignificant. As for the whole process from uploading the video content, trim the video, minting the NFT and sell it on the Marketplace, it is a very easy process and we will soon release demo videos with the process. But as we all know at this time It is difficult to survive in the very harsh environment of the crypto market, and we have seen many projects fail to achieve their goals and stagnate in the middle of the road. What is your project strategy to survive this very long blockchain journey?

ANS: Very good point. The market now is correcting drastically and many would say that it is difficult to survive in these conditions. But IKONIC project is well funded (we finalised the seed round in roughly 1 week and most of the Private round in less than a month) and the platform, the feedback from the community and investors, along with the future plans that will increase dramatically the value and the engagement (I mentioned about gamification, but it is more than that) gives us full confidence that even in harsh market conditions we will have no problem in being a very successful project.
✨✨QUESTION5: NFT platforms UI/UX many a times are not favourable and user freindly for non-expert and one needs to look for guides on how to go about it. Is ikonic only for expert or non expert are also welcome? Do you have a guidance document or videos to watch his to create or buy Nft on Ikonic?
Apart from selling NFT as a creator, some NFT platforms also give rewards to creator. Will you adopt this kind of model on ikonic? Or what are other opportunities available for creators?

ANS: UI/UX has been a problem in Crypto/Blockchain for a long time. That is the reason we focused on the UI/UX and the process will be smooth even for non-experts. Create your moment. Upload that moment on IKONIC. Trim the video. Add the relevant info in the fields. Mint the NFT. Place it on the market with the price and number of NFTs you want to sell. Those are all the necessary steps. Yes, I did mention that will be Creator pools that will reward them. Furthermore, everytime the NFT is resold, the creator is getting a royalty, lifetime long.
✨✨QUESTION6: Most regular players do not get the recognition that they deserve simply because they are not yet stars. But can you tell us how IKONIC will make regular players to get featured and showcase their skills to the world?

ANS: I fully agree with the statement. IKONIC is for everyone: established stars, rising stars and even regular gamers. As long as what you create in your gaming experience has value and shows the amazing skills, we will always support and promote those moments and promote their creators, regardless of their status.

ANS: IKONIC is a dedicated NFT marketplace for esports. NFTs will always be a big part of our project, but we are offering more than that. Gamification is one of the aspects that will create additional value without, necessarily, minting, buying or selling and NFT. Gaming-as-a-service is another part that will not require an NFT. Stay tuned and find out what else IKONIC can provide beside NFTs. We have big plans for future.
ARize is one of our partners, indeed. Our partnership goes beyond joint promotions (we had one last month), but they will help us create collections as well, as their expertize in 3D NFT design will work perfectly with our plans.
