1st Segment: INTRODUCTION

Q1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on METASPATIAL?

ANS: I am Peter, Global Community Manager of Meta Spatial, I have over 3 years of experience in marketing, community building, investment & advisors for Blockchain projects

Our team at Meta Spatial has more than 60 developers

and nearly 30 people on marketing team

Before making the game Meta Spatial, the game development team has made lots of games and provided IT outsoucing, VR and AR services for big real estate companies in Vietnam

Meta Spatial was created to help elevate the entire NFT gaming industry and make it possible for everyone to join the game and have fun.

Q2: Can you introduce METASPATIAL what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?

ANS: There are several highlights I will list below:

Meta Spatial is proud to be one of the leading NFT Metaverse games to apply virtual reality technology, augmented reality, XR / VR / MR / AR brings a completely different game experience compared to old games. Players can participate in regular 3D play modes or use VR or MR mode, AR to experience virtual space.

Meta Spatial helps to redefine the concept of Metaverse. Unlike the current game players will buy characters, NFT items available, when playing Meta Spatial games, players can create characters based on more than 600 elements available. The next stage players can freely design skin, accessories for their characters and share, trading on NFT Marketplace. Users will have to pay a fee in Spat to create NFT characters via Spatial Maker

Unlike most NFT games now according to the "Play-to-Win" model by spending a lot of money to win, Meta Spatial will follow a new direction as "Play-and-Earn", funny gameplay, low cost when creating characters and high entertainment to attract traditional gamers.

- Launched Meta Spatial Moon 1.0 on iOS / Android / Mac / Win PC in November

Q4: Finally on the introduction segment
Can you give an overview of the Tokenomics and Utility of the governance token $SPAT?

ANS: The SPAT token is the primary currency and an essential part of the Meta Spatial ecosystem. SPAT is a BEP-20 token built on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain using as the basis for transactions in the Meta Spatial and has the following functions:

Accessing the Meta Spatial platform, players spend SPAT to play the game, buy assets to generate NFTs to use in the game, or resell to other players.
Governance: SPAT is a governance token that allows holders to participate in the platform's governance decisions using a DAO structure. They can execute voting rights on critical factors such as allocating Foundation funding to game and content creators and feature priorities on the Platform Roadmap. SPAT's holders can vote by themselves or authorize voting rights to other selected players.
Fee Model = 5% of all trading amount by SPAT (Transaction Fee) that will be allocated with 50% to the Staking Pool as a reward for holders of SPAT staking token and rest 50% for '' Foundation''.
Foundation: Foundation's role is to support Meta Spatial's ecosystem, providing grants to incentivize NFTs creation, high-quality content and games on this platform.
Spat is also used to pay for advertising services and space tours in Spatial Galaxy.

ANS: thanks, with the goal of building games for the long haul, the team has plans to add value, Burn token or Buy Back strategies to consolidate and enhance value if necessary.
In addition, the game will have mechanisms to reduce inflation and use both tokens in the game such as:
• In-game NFT transaction fee
• Payout mechanism in team battle modes where players will bet tokens and winners will receive tokens from losers

Q2: How does Meta Spatial intend to compete with traditional games and other NFT games in the blockchain world?

ANS: yeah, we have done lots of research and we have designed our game to co-exist with them not just compete
lets me give you a few points:
Unlike other NFT games that will cost you like 300-400$ to buy the NFT to play the game, our approach is different, we will charge very small amount (20-30$) to create our NFT characters
Meta Spatial is one of the pioneers when players can create characters based on more than 600 elements available. The next stage players can freely design skin, accessories for their characters and share, trading on NFT Marketplace.
this will attract thousands of players
Also Meta Spatial will have diverse battling feature system: PvP, PVE, Boss Fight, Team Battle ...
and a funny, charismatic gameplay and highly entertaining to attract traditional gamers
Besides, Meta Spatial will integrate wallets and NFT in-game transactions, which will reduce costs costs and make games approach more players
these features will definitely help our game co exist and have a competitive advantage over traditional games

Q3: Games like Axie is very expensive to play. Small investors can't play that game. So I want to know how much amount is needed to play the Meta Spatial?

we have a long-term marketing plan to attract new investors and users. Also we have designed a balanced tokenomics to make sure that everyone is fair and have a good time playing our game.

Q4: As we know Cross Chain is future as it increases the utility. So Do you plan to be a Cross Chain Platform? If yes which Chains you will support?

Q5: Metaverse is on the verge of explosion and I feel Meta Spatial will rock the stage, but it's need extensive marketing so that people know about it. So what are your marketing plans to attract lot of players?

ANS: Meta Spatial is delighted to receive a lot of support from major VC funds along with a well-known network of KOL/Influencers in crypto and non-crypto markets. Of course, Southest Asia will be our target market when there are millions of gamers here. The Meta Spatial leadership team is working day and night with large funds and KOLs to promote the product in the near future to attract users in Vietnam and other countries in the region.

Q6: Are you Planning to Give Voting Rights to Your Community Members So that they Can also Suggest featutes for the Development of Growth of the Platform , IS DAO will be Implemented ?

Meta Spatial is a decentralized virtual universe. Granting control permission to the creators and experiences of this virtual space has always been part of our initial vision.
