1st Segment: INTRODUCTION
✨✨QUESTION1: Can you please introduce yourselves and your background, also introduce the team working on NFT11?
👉ANS: Alright let me start off first with my introduction!
Hey guys! So I’m Chance “TheGnome” Woon, the CMO of NFT11. I’ve been in the creative field ever since I owned a computer, started off as a graphic designer - web design and eventually I found my trade in Marketing.
My journey of crypto really started in the bull market in Feb 2021. Some might say it's late, but it’s better late than never! The thing that caught my attention in Feb 2021 was in fact the father of P2E, Axie Infinity! I was amazed by the P2E phenomena and I knew I had to get behind this movement.
This brings to how the team met up! Andrew and Shawn being hardcore football fans were looking for a Marketing person to join their team. They had the idea of putting a football game on the blockchain, and needless to say it was a match made in heaven.
3 months after we met, we had our first IFO, selling out 1.5m of NFT11 tokens in August 2021, and exactly 6 months later, we are here having this AMA with you guys, and getting ready for our Token Listing on 11 Feb!

Hi I am Jeremy, public relations. I have spent the past decade in various industries, from public relations, marketing to education.
My background in psychology and criminology makes me an excellent candidate to understand consumer behaviours and the opinions, attitudes, and beliefs of individuals. Most importantly the ability to navigate in the volatile and unregulated world of crypto (try my best not to get scammed, heh).
I was exposed to the crypto world in 2017 and have experience researching, analysing, and navigating different protocols and projects. So eventually I stumbled upon NFTs and started to see the great potential it holds and what NFTs can be.
I am a gamer for life, and I understand the potential of the GameFi industry and am looking forward to growing NFT11 into a worldwide phenomenon.
✨✨QUESTION2: Can you introduce NFT11, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?
👉ANS: NFT11’s goal is to bring the GameFi and Play2Earn movement to the mainstream audience by integrating the World’s Most Beautiful Sport onto the Blockchain.
Managers in NFT11 can now realise their dream of owning a football club and competing on the world stage without borders!
Managers can gain passive income from their Clubs by competing and winning competitions or from training and trading Players from their club. Revenue earned from the club can either be traded on the market for real-life income or can be used to be reinvested back to their clubs. It all depends on the style and strategy of each individual Manager in NFT11
if i were to pick a main 'problem' we are solving, is that we are incorporating a very familiar concept like Football Manager / FIFA that is easily picked up by mainstream audiences
✨✨QUESTION3: Any plans for expansion? What can you tell us about what’s to come in 2022 for NFT11?
👉ANS: Our plans for 2022 are clear and straightforward: To start the First season of NFT11 and have Managers compete in Leagues. To achieve this, there are a number of things we have to set up.
Fundamentals are extremely important. Before the season starts, NFT11 Scouting Mechanics have to be up and running, where managers can start scouting for new players to complete their club.
We are also undergoing a major overhaul of our NFT assets to provide our managers with the best quality NFTs.
And for this one we are working with an awesome Singaporean company called GridSynergy!
✨✨QUESTION4: Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIPS and BACKERS so far?
👉ANS: We have a series of Partnerships for different purposes
lets start with VCs and Investors :
1) Pre-Seed fund of 400k from AISport, a tech company focusing on the sports industry. Was an official sponsor for Southampton F.C back in 2020
2) We have been invited as a member of StartupSG, a Singapore government backed incubator/accelerator and also invited to apply as part of the 1 for 1 co investment scheme by the Singapore govt ie. If our investor is approved by StartupSG, they will be investing alongside the Singapore government.
3) We are also approved by the Singapore Government to be cover by a grant of up to 1.2m for manpower (EDG Grant Singapore)

✨✨QUESTION5: Finally on this segment, Can you give an overview of the Utility of your NFT? How to mint?
👉ANS: The NFTs themselves are crucial to the game
They will function as the in-game assets. Players can be trained/ used in matches and even traded on the market.
Legends Players have an extra utility as they can be used to interact with our Stadium Seats to scout for new Players! (This is essentially the minting process for Normal Players)
For Legends, they have already been minted and these are the first set of assets that we are selling with a limited supply of 47,500 Legends.
As for the Utility of our token
The potential of our native token $NFT11 is immense. Here are a few use cases of $NFT11
1. Governance : We are developing a DAO dashboard where Hodlers will be able to vote or even submit Proposals in key elements of NFT11
2. $NFT11 is the main currency of NFT11 Metaverse. 90% of the transactions in our dashboard will be made with $NFT11

-Purchasing of Normal Players from NFT11 Marketplace (still in development)

✨✨QUESTION1: NFT 11 is literally Non-Fungible Tournament. That makes me feel like wanting to begin playing already but am a small scale earner and I will love to know if your platform is small scale investor friendly?
Secondly , if I want to mint or rather train my team of players , do I mint individual players or collectively as a team ??

Yes! Loaning Players is NFT11's own take on a “scholarship” program.
It is undeniable that scholarships played a major role in Axie Infinity’s success, and now we can see that success being replicated in Pegaxy. NFT11 is integrating the “scholarship” program into our main game mechanics.
Similar to football in real life, Managers can put their excess players in their reserve team up for Loan for other Managers to Rent.
The exact mechanics of Loaning Players is still being develop as we are studying the best way to incorporate it, especially the rewards distribution.
The idea behind Loaning Players is to benefit both the Manager renting and the Manager loaning. As NFT11 Players age in NFT11 Metaverse, it will be a waste for Managers to have an excess number of players and not putting them in matches to gain EXP and train their skills, but Loaning these players out, Managers can see their Players improving even tho they are not in the first 11 of their team.
As for Managers who are renting, this reduces the barrier of entry to form a squad of 11 to form a club. In addition, renting a player allows managers to test out different strategy or formations of their squad without needing to commit to purchasing that Player!
✨✨QUESTION2: According to your whitepaper, when players reach the peak of their career, at 28 years old, their stats will begin to gradually diminish. If this is the case, what is the default age of players when they begin their career in the NFT 11 game? Finally, On the NFT 11 game, are you going to be modelling real football clubs and players or are the clubs and players going to be completely fictitious?

👉ANS: That is correct just like in real life when footballers have passed their prime. The default age varies from 17-21 this largely depends on which Stadium Seats you are scouting them in.
As for the real world aspect that's where our Ultimate Players come in. With David James being the first that we have signed with.
And as for clubs that is in the pipelines but nothing is confirmed yet 😉

👉ANS: What we are working on is a fusion of both, interactive with the simulation aspect. So the idea is that a match would be simulated in 11mins, and during that time there would be Events that gets triggered and during these events, managers will be able to intervene and make key decisions. As of now we are developing on the web / browser / desktop before moving on to mobile development. The idea behind this is Managers can choose when they would like to personally intervene in the match, and yet, have the flexibility of playing while being AFK.
✨✨QUESTION5: NFT11 is a similitude of real life soccer, but if it doesn't reflect the popular players or team that we know, I am afraid the engagement will start to diminish. So how do you intend to make close to the likes of soccer game we're already familiar with? Do you also have anything like transfer and retirement?

👉ANS: We have our Ultimate Players which are modelled after real life player. Our First ultimate player is David James! As mentioned, our gameplay will be and is inspired by football games that we all grown to love. And of course, we do have Transfer Markets and Retirement age. Our players do have an ageing mechancics.

Legend Players are slightly boosted in stats but are limited in supply. Also, Legend Players are the only players that can MINT / SCOUT new Normal Players.
There is not straightforward way to say who is the most powerful for winning a match. Who is better? Messi or Ronaldo or Ronaldinho or any other legendary football players. What really matter is the Manager who manages the club. that determines if your club achieves Glory or not.
✨✨QUESTION7: I understand that within your game you want to recreate as much as possible the reality of soccer and one of these reality factors is the aging of the players so could you tell me more about this? How does this in-game feature work?

👉ANS: Yes as much as possible we would like to ensure that we mimic real world ageing, it would be such a pain if upon minting your awesome NFTs they immediately start ageing and possibly decreasing or increasing in value. So to allow people to HODL their precious NFTs, Players will only age when either one of these conditions are met
1. Players sign up for seasons
2. Players sign up for major tournaments (friendlies not included)
3. Legends are used in the stadium for scouting
These are however not confirmed as we are still working to balance the mechanic

👉ANS: We are partnering up a few launchpads with the primary purpose to increase the reach and letting more people know about our project. From the strong support from our community so far we are confident and there are many people that see the value in our project and will be with us for the long run. This project is in its early stages and when we hit our intended milestones we believe the crypto space will see it and our token prices will reflect that confidence our community has for NFT11. As more players join our community when the gameplay is up our token price will also tend to be less volatile as we will be attracting more real users and less speculators into the community.
✨✨QUESTION9: can you tell us more about "in AGOs where there will be a vesting period of your current NFT11 tokens ".? How could we be part of this? What would be the benefits of owning vNFT11?

👉ANS: Excellent question! So if you don't already know we have a vesting period for $NFT11 of 9 months. First month 20% released followed by 10% for the next 8 months.
Once the AGO is complete and we have the wallet addresses of all who have participated, we will be sending 20% of NFT11 Tokens and 80% of vNFT11 Tokens to all eligible wallets!
While vNFT11 is a non-transferable/non-tradable token, you get to enjoy the flexibility of using vNFT11 to buy our in-game assets (Legends/Stadium Seats) for those who wish to become part of the NFT11 Metaverse!
All unused vNFT11 token balances will be exchangeable to NFT11 Tokens according to the vesting schedule via our dashboard. For example, assuming your vNFT11 tokens are not utilized, from month 2 to 9 you would be able to exchange 10% of the vNFT11 Tokens for 10% of the NFT11 Tokens, on the 11th of every month.
