Q1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on R-930 Capital?
ANS: My name is Nes and I am the Business Strategist of R-930 Capital and the manager of RCD. Our founder's name is Richard and we have our COO Ziad and our hard working team members in RCD.
Q2: Can you introduce R-930 Capital, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?
ANS: Sure thing! R-930 Capital is headed by brilliant minds, especially our founder Richard. R-930 Capital is a UK based VC that is legally registered with the team doxxed on the About Us page.
Problem
We've realised the crypto space is a place to create opportunities at as an affordable rate as possible with security and privacy in mind but now even after the numerous exit scams that private pool groups did in 2017 - 2018, we still see the same trend in this bull run where 98% of private pool groups have anonymous teams. This means at any time, these teams can decide to exit with the millions of dollars they posses which belongs to the community without being accountable.
Further, on top of this, they charge ridiculously high fees and do not put in measures to utilise these fees to make participation easier and fair for their investors.
Solution
R-930 Capital is changing that with RCD - R-930 Capital Decentralized. As the name suggests, RCD is headed by a well chosen set of hard working team members by the R-930 Capital board to research and bring quality investment opportunities to the community at an affordable rate.
Our fee is 10% and we plan to keep it that way for a very very long time. We also have our team profile on the website therefore exiting with funds is not an option for us.
Lastly, we are already utilising the fees and our own funds to bring great features to our investors to make the whole process safe and seamless.
Q3: Can you briefly describe the top milestones you have achieved and your target milestones with timelines, also share your long term vision?
ANS: In less than 1 month, we've been able to pierce the market and made incredible connections with projects and KOLs. A few mentions are solcial.io, duelistking.com, cryptopolisgame.com, thekillboxgame.com, opendefi.network, and certain incredible traditional companies that will help push our agenda forward.
We've been able to hit our 200 member mark in less than 1 month and have an active and insightful investors which is a great achievement for us.
Our next goal is to bring contribution solutions utilising smart contracts to make participation fast and safe. We're also working passionately to make educational resources available to our investors to help with their everyday decisions.
In terms of numbers, we hope to hit 500 soon.
Q4: Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIPS so far?
ANS: We've partnered with Vespertine Capital, and certain KOLs in Occamfi. We also have a solid partnership with Cryptopolis and Duelist King. There are more partnerships I wouldn't be able to mention because of NDA but we're strategically choosing our partners to give us an advantage in the space.

ANS: Interesting question. R-930 Capital is actually made up of the name of our founder and his first success object which was the first car he bought after working hard. So "R" is for Richard and "930" was his first car's number plate 😊

Q3: What form of collateral do you collect from project is start ups seeking for fund on R-930. Knowing that people can be at flight risk or simply vanish into the thin air after receiving funds, do you have anything to prevent this ? Also, how would you ensure that the funds are not diverted for other purposes othan that for which it was intended

ANS: Thanks to blockchain, whatever funds RCD receives is transparently verifiable. In regards to the projects we invest in, we have an experienced team that conduct due diligence before investment is made.
Q4: There are several groups that offer seed, private and pre-sale opportunities to the community's investors with the condition of anonymity. However, there is a lapse of authorization in investment, breach of trust and non-guarantee of security of the funds. How does R-930 improve on this limitation ? Does your Escrow have any major role in helping to bypass this limitations ?

ANS: Any and everyone coming to us for partnership and funding will be carefully vetted to see if the ideas they have are their own and if their passionate enough about it, then due diligence will be conducted for legitimacy and an agreement reached for funding.

ANS: In this instance if escrow, we use usernames that are difficult to replecate. We try to avoid "I" (that is a capital "i" and not a small "L") in our names. This goes a long way to stop impersonations.
We also make sure we're the ones that create private groups to facilitate escrow deals. This way both parties are sure the admin is not a scammer. Lastly, we review all TX IDs submitted to make sure everything checks out.
Q8: Do you also provide funding for those projects which are already been in the market for a long time or only those which are new or yet to be launched?
