1st Segment: INTRODUCTION

✨✨QUESTION1: Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the team working on Spintop?

ANS: I'm Sinan Gülfidan. An Industrial Engineer for 10+ years. Father, husband, entrepreneur and a gamer

I'm gonna shill my team because they deserve it! Spintop team is our major asset. Actually we're 30+ crew working day and night. Now, I can tell about the people on the showcase.

Our CTO is Batu Dal, he's a true tinker. Loves to build systems from scratch. Aside from his family businesses, he's managing a web3 agency that he's really enthusiastic about. Genius mind talented on both design and web3 development.

Our CMO is Alemşah Öztürk. He's the man. CEO of the largest and most influential digital agency in Turkey 4129Grey, acquired by Grey International. He's a man thinking and living outside the box.

Honored by awards and invited juries at Cannes Lions, Clio, Eurobest, GoldenDrum, D&AD, Webby, NYC Festivals, and more. Acknowledged as entrepreneur and model angel investor of Turkey by current POTUS Joe Biden.

Our CSO is Kaan Kayabalı an award-winning serial entrepreneur and electronics engineer. Founded digital media, IoT, e-commerce, and mobile gaming businesses with over 500 employees across offices in Turkey, the US, UK, Dubai, Belgium, and Singapore.

The US edition of the MIT Review chose Kaan as one of the top 10 Turkish innovators under 35.

And our recent Strategic Advisor Deniz Güven. Deniz is an internationally recognized leader in the banking and fintech industries bringing new banking experiences globally.

He built a virtual bank, Mox in Hong Kong on an entire smart contract structure. Mox Bank is one of the first smart contract-based and fully cloud-native banks. Prior Mox, he worked for Standard Chartered in Singapore and Hong Kong in various global head roles for 33 countries.

✨✨QUESTION2: Can you introduce Spintop, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?

ANS: Sure, We're a gaming hub that contains 4 major products: Gamepedia, Spindex, Guild Maker and NFT Marketplace.

In Gamepedia we will list blockchain games as in Steam and let people rate it, write comments about it. We will add good quality content on each listed game. We will include In game visuals, In-depth gaming guides and real time token metrics data taken from Coinmarketcap APIs. Users will be able to discover games on their tastes, genres and development statuses.

Spindex is a decentralized exchange where gaming tokens are pooled together with SPIN to create liquidity, incentivizing yield farming. Staking and farming as a service will be present for other gaming projects.
As you can see on our roadmap, we wll build a wallet that will use Spindex' liquidity pools. Holding SPIN for playing all these games featured in the Spindex will be possible.

Guild Maker is our flagship!

Meeting grounds for play-to-earn sponsors and scholars. Sponsors can burn $SPIN and create their own yield guilds, recruit scholars and compete with each other.

In this product we will join the play-to-earn movement
We're not a guild! But a factory for Guild creation. Trustless, permisionless, governed with smart contracts without any human interaction. We will wrap NFTs in our contracts and assign users to them for 8 hours of humane periods.

Guild Maker will keep track of 2 MMR ratings : one for the NFT (It's average yield per period), other for the Scholar (comparing NFT's average yield with the actual yield made). Those 2 MMRs will create free market conditions. Thus, the invisible hand.

For the competition there are YGG recent GuildFi but we differ from them on an essential point. We're not a guild as I wrote above. We build infrastructure for guilds to b e created on our smart contracts. We rely on free market and pursue for humane working of all scholars.

We limited borrowing time of any NFT to 8 hours. Also this 8 hour borrow time will optimize NFT yield. It will be used for 24 hours by 3 scholars whereas if you lend them for a greater time period the scholar would need to basic human needs as sleeping and socializing. Thus, decrease productivity for the NFT.

✨✨QUESTION3: Can you briefly describe your Partnerships and Backers so far?

ANS: Sure so far we have partnered up with numerous well-known blockchain games from the blockchain gaming industry For Gamepedia, we are trying to get as many as possible, so it's a never-ending challenge for us. As for the Spindex and Guild Maker, we are trying to be more selective and get more established names on board.

As for the backers, we have rejected more than 40+ VC's to avoid the selling pressure and promote organic growth for our token. Seedify Labs is our only current backer, but we intend to onboard strategic VC's whenever its needed.

✨✨QUESTION4: Can you tell us about your earning mechanism? How can you earn in Spintop as a gamer?

ANS: Actually we're not a Game but an aggregator for GameFi projects. Players can discover good quality games and read their detailed guides which will help them earn more.

In Spindex they can stake LPs and tokens to earn SPIN and other partnered tokens and in the GuildMaker they can either stake their NFTs to scholars to earn or grab those NFTs as a scholar for free and earn with it. In the NFT Marketplace, players list their assets to sale or rent.

Can you give an overview of the Tokenomics and Utility of $SPT tokens?

ANS: Sure, I believe we have a good engineered tokenomics

It is based on mint and burn
We're hard capped at 1B we cannot exceed this number and our minting allocations are hard written on the SPIN token contract

Our largest allocation is for liquidity incentives for Spindex. 39% of total allocation for 60 months linearly

As we will burn SPIN with utilities, we will be able to mint SPIN after 60 months to incentify liquidity provision

Utilities:

Burn it to create custom yield guild

Burn it to wrap NFT

Stake it to create a profile and apply for scholarships

Stake it in Spindex Pools to earn SPIN tokens

Stake it in Yield Farms to earn more SPIN tokens.

2nd Segment: LIVE Questions

✨✨QUESTION1: One of the biggest innovations in blockchain gaming is Play-to-Earn because it presents equal opportunity to the players all around the world. But there is still an entrance barrier to acquiring the initial NFTs which can go up to thousands of dollars. How does Spintop aim to break these barriers?

ANS: We know some of NFT's are highly priced. We aim to break the pay-wall with the GuildMaker. It is a product that brings NFT owners and gamers in an one platform to provide borrowing NFT's without buying. This means NFT owners can lend their NFT to player for a limited time while sharing the profit.

✨✨QUESTION2: Hello, please what blockchain is Spintop Built on ? Again, you mentioned that your security Audit- Certik is still in progress, should I be worried about that ?

Finally, what are your plans in the case of Bear market especially causing panic sell of token?

ANS: Hi, we're on BSC right now but we plan to implement cross chain abilities in this year. We're interested in Polygon, Avalanche and Ethereum roll-ups. Preliminary report's out from Certik, no major issues were detected. We revised the issues and sent it back to Certik. It will be completed very soon, in a matter of days. For the bear market, we launched on Dec the 3rd, biggest devaluation of BTC on a single day. Yet, it didn't affect us we achieved 30x and still growing. As a matter of a fact this very day we broke the ATH. We're focused on building products, we're confident and not concerned at all in a case of a bear market.

✨✨QUESTION3: Under your Gamepedia, I learnt that is a community-driven gaming guide which prioritizes UI/UX along with the social aspects of blockchain gaming. What’s this area specifically designed for?

Now that the hype for Spintop is beginning to grow, how can we be so sure that the project will not have a short life span? Is your goals and objectives goals for the long term?

ANS: Yes, unfortunately most of the projects are living a very short life span. We're a project focused on products that aggregates existing projects. We're not a game that will go extinct when the hype wears off. We will include good quality content and lower barries to enter this blockchain gaming scene. I believe blockchain gaming is still on its baby steps. More and more projects will come and we will grow with them. They're not our competitors yet, our potential partners.

ANS: Yes! It was amazing for us. We worked real hard for many months to develop a groundbreaking project and it felt pretty satisfying to see the results rapidly.
