1st Segment: INTRODUCTION
Q1: Can you please introduce yourselves and your background, also introduce the team working on StableDoc?
ANS: Let me start by thanking the AMA lover club family for the opportunity to come share with you guys today about StableDoc
My name is Dr Isaac Agada
I am the CEO of StableDoc, a medical Doctor by profession and a blockchain technology enthusiast
Aside being the CEO of StableDoc, I currently head a major Hospital as the Chief Medical Director.
The entire stableDoc team were business associates even before the idea of StableDoc came on board.
My name is Neji Tawo
My background is in software engineering . I currently work as the chief technologist for a biometric security company based in Canada. I handle the software aspects for the StableDoc platform.
My name is James Oche, and I advise StableDoc on overall Strategy and our blockchain supporting infrastructure. My experience spans IT strategy, data analytics, robotic process analytics, AI and machine learning.

Q2: Can you introduce StableDoc, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what's the competitive advantage?
ANS: In summary, there is broad lack of access to healthcare by large populations across the globe, and where available it is very expensive. Now, where some telehealth platforms have attempted to solve the problem, they do so very ineffectively and inefficiently, plagued by misdiagnosis, poor experiences and inaccessibility. What we are building will leapfrog institutional challenges to tackle these problems head on - long with innovative use of NFTs for patient data capture and sale.
Q3: Can you briefly describe the top milestones you have achieved and your target milestones with timelines, also share your roadmap?
ANS: Thank you. Very good question. To date we are very much ahead of our road map timelines. Here are a sample of the key milestone we have achieved, some quote ahead of schedule:
We have successfully deployed our smart contract, our decentralized mobile app and the supporting block chain solutions are about 50% complete (far ahead of schedule), and our marketing efforts are in full swing in the pilot markets we plan to begin to rollout

Q4: Can you briefly describe your PARTNERSHIPS so far?
ANS: We are working on a lot of partnerships with healthcare providers, platforms and APIs that are under discussion. The next month and quarter will be a rolling announcements of those partnerships. Most are waiting for the beta version of out tech solutions to finalize the arrangement.
One example we can share here today, matter of fact is a string of related services that our Tech advisor, Neji here, has rolled out. One is Paytalk, which is a revolutionary NLP (natural language processing) voice app for appointments and ancillary services. StableDoc will utilize Paytalk for finding and scheduling doctors and other healthcare providers appointments with ease
We also have a partnership with Visoclock software and Veriself Inc to ensure the utmost security and privacy for our users
As I said, there is a lot more in the pipeline.
Q5: Can you give an overview of the Tokenomics, and Utility of $SDT tokens?
ANS: Great question!
This is one question that a lot of investors love to ask because it goes a long way to tell how serious the developers take their project and also shows how investors' funds will be handled.

Our Smart Contract platform and related services will use StableDoc Token for two
Offer payment between healthcare providers and consumers. Hence, the direct
transfer of StableDoc Tokens to the wallet of the service provider presents a fast,
secure, transparent, and auditable system that does not need a third party
service to resolve the payment settlement disputes
StableDoc token will be used to auction NFT of Patient's health data. The value of
the Patient data NFTs is sure to rise as different research institute are constantly
scavenging for the limited available data to use in their research projects.
Liquidity Staking & Farming:
We are here for the long haul, as the project grows exponentially. To this end, we
will be launching Liquidity Staking & Farming Pools, ensuring that long term
holders of StableDoc tokens earn handsome passive incomes on this long term
Q6: What do you mean by Presale Rate and Listing Rate?
ANS: 1BNB = 125,000 SDT presale rate
1BNB= 100,000 PCS listing rate
The other 50% is distributed as follows:
Teams token: 4,000,000
Indigent Patients 2,000,000
Liquidity 27,500,000 (55% equivalent of presale value)
All the above distribution will be vested for 210 days (verifiable from PinkSale)
The presale is what the tokens will be listed when we do the presale starting Saturday October 16. The listing is the price we list on DEX shortly after. You will notice that it is more expensive for listing than for presale because presale assumes a higher risk in general. Though of course StableDoc is a solid prospect.
2nd Segment: LIVE Questions
Q1: I'm actually surprised when I saw that you guys provide free consultations, Free prescriptions and you also refer patients to the right doctor for their condition. This sounds too good to be true because in Nigeria where I come from nothing goes for nothing. Is StableDoc a not for profit organization? I would like to know how you were able to make that possible? What about all the specialists on your platform, how do they get paid since everything is free?
ANS: Great question! Not everything is free. It will be a freemium service, with a lot of the free services offered as part of our cutting edge AI toolkit. Many services will be paid for, and we have solid plans for multiple revenue streams.
Q2: -To what extent does Stabledoc have the potential to become a global business? Can the services that your project offers be used in any country or would there be any limitations in this regard? In which countries do you expect to focus the development of Stabledoc?
ANS: StableDoc mobile app is being built on a decentralized platform, however we shall operate in several countries hence the need for registrations in different countries. StableDoc is currently fully registered in GA United State and Nigeria. Other registrations in process currently..India and Seychelles to be precise. Other countries to follow.
Q3: on your white paper you mentioned that MPIs can be NFTs. how can a patient earn from it.
what will be the value of these NFTs?
ANS: Patients are aware that their health data exist and frequently being used by individuals or organizations but they don't have any clue as to how it is being used or who is using it. StableDoc will make NFT of such patients' data in order to confer ownership to the patients. This is strictly based on patient’s consent. The patient will in turn earn revenue from the use of such health data by others. Patients will also be able to track or monitor how their EMR is being used. This promises to be huge!
Q4: Therapists and doctors work for society...That's why you need a therapist in your project...Can a therapist join your project ?? How can a therapist give people many good features by using your project???
ANS: Of course! A therapist can work for StableDoc. As part of our services we have in-home treatment where our staff manage the patient in the comfort of their homes. It's a big innovation, and the there is need to factor in different aspect of healthcare personnel.
Q5: Can you explain what the Master Patient Index (MPI) is? Does it have advantages for both parties.
ANS: Good question Dayana - the MPI is very critical for all systems and stakeholders on the StableDoc ecosystem - it enables patients to capture data in a manner that’s fully HIPAA and GDPR and other regulator compliant. It provides physicians and healthcare providers with real time and ready to use access to medical history, leading to better and faster diagnosis. It will feed our AI and machine learning diagnostics. *And last but definitely not least, we will use it as core basis for patient-governed and controlled NFTs*.
