1st Segment: INTRODUCTION
Q1 : Can you please introduce yourself and your background, also introduce the Team working on UNITED
Ans : I am Kent Kruusmaa, The CMO of United Token. I have been involved with cryptocurrency and sales the past 10 years of my life. I owned my first cryptocurrency almost 8 years ago and since that time been searching new and innovative companies as crypto investor. I see the crypto as our next money and that is the reason why I am also here today.
United Itself is coming from Estonia like myself. Most of the team is outsourced from different IT companies across the world. We have people who is working from India, some from Georgia, Estonia and Spain. Q2 : Can you introduce the UNITED project, what critical problems does it solve that existing solutions are not solving and what’s the competitve advantage
Ans : There are many people in Asia who have a lot of crypto but nothing to do with it. They see that real estate is down and they would love to buy because their investments are up!
We are the company who connects the property market with Crypto. Through the solutions what we have, we give real estate seller better possibility to sell their property and cryptocurrency owner the possibility to use the profits!

Q3 : Can you briefly describe the Top milestones you have achieved and your target milestones with timelines, also share your roadmap
Ans : Being only 8 weeks in public market, we have almost doubled in price, got listed in coinmarketcap and 2 great exchanges.
We just released our new website in several languages to capture wider audience, We have given out second version of the wallets what can be used with multiple cryptocurrencies, We are close to getting ready 2 more platforms what will change the crypto more useful for the whole crypto community. The moment we open up the real estate fund can be one of the most happy days to our current investors and it will happen soon.

Q1 : Does Real Estate is the only option for making benefit on United? Can United attract others rathers than Real Estate lovers?
Ans : Great Question!
Crypto is on the rise and real estate is falling! This is the dream scenario to any person who owns cryptocurrency. The low state of the economy will not end in few months, so it is definitely an issue today. Providing the cheapest deals is not the mission but rather making cryptocurrency widely usable in the real estate sector and giving cryptocurrency holders extra possibilities.
And of course It is meant for everyone who owns crypto or planning to own crypto. Trade, hold, Use
Q2 : United has taken advantage of the fall in real estate prices due to the Covid-19. But once this situation passes, how will they continue to guarantee the best services at the lowest cost in the market? What are United’s plans for the future?
Ans : Yes! In the long run cryptocurrency should used as money exactly the same way as we use our local currency today. Connecting Real Estate community with crypto is creating much bigger impact than starting to the usage from selling ice cream or sandwich. Our strategy is to start with high tear products and create proper liquidity and then move on to the smaller things via Debit card, POS system and Card terminals.
Anyone can buy UTED today with only couple of cents, but it will be one of the big ones due the need for such kind of platform.
What will happen post covid restrictions and how the real estate prices are,is hard to tell, but for sure, the market takes years to recover from this situation.

Q1 : What expectations do you have in 2021? This was a great year for the crypto world as it was known to millions of people, do you think in the coming years you will see the inclusion of more people? Are they projected in the long run to make this happen?
Ans : Amazing question! i Believe that there will be bigger rise than it was on 2017. This time not just pointless ICO projects, but the ones what really bring solutions for the users and through that will make also the crypto community to grow. Our project is meant for everyone who is in crypto... in two months people will sell their land, forest, houses and rent apartments in our platform. With any crypto what they want to receive. This is Powerful and when public finds out about that option then every crypto project will be taken more seriously
Q2 : Most of the smart contracts are turning into scam.How will you convince us that your project is safe and will not run away with investors fund?
Ans : I agree that there is a lot of projects who's intentions are not good. Smart contract or cryptocurrency is not the blame in this case, but just people who made the bad project.
Trust of the community is important subject and how we make it easier to trust our project is, because of the real estate fund and of course bringing the usage.
The time we open up the real estate fund, is the time when we also start declearing the assets so that everyone could see if we really do what we promise.
Real estate is not something what can be put in the pocket and run away with.
